The elevators are painfully slow, requiring long waits!!! The hallways suffer from dampness and odor, which isn't pleasant. the lack of a bar or restaurant within the hotel is a significant downside for a 4-star establishment!!!

The staff was really helpful, like when I needed assistance with a cruise ship reservation for new year's eve, they took care of everything. The location was good as we were just a 10-minute walk from the square and lots of shops nearby
It was not cheap, but still reasonable for the quality offered.

Great place with awesome service!
Had a nice stay here! The breakfast was solid too, with in-room options that were quite convenient. Just wish they’d clean the rooms a bit better as I noticed some spots missed. The noise from the club underneath was a bit much at times too.
